At this time we currently use Canada Post and shipping is determined by weight and will be calculated when you check out. 

for those local to the Elk Valley (Elkford, Sparwood, Fernie and the Crowsnest Pass) we offer free delivery. We will message you 3-5 business days after your order is placed with the delivery date.
